Our Home Healthcare Services
Options Plus Home Care is proud to offer the following services to our clients.
PCAs come into your home and perform home health care that is dictated by a nursing care plan, personalized to your specific needs and wants. The care plan will be established by the client, their physician, persons of interest, and a staff RN. Services include medication administration, routine delegated medical, nursing or assigned therapy procedures, assisting with body positioning or transfers of non-ambulatory clients, feeding for clients who are at risk of choking, assistance with bowel or bladder control, assistance with therapeutic or PROM exercises, skin care including full or partial bathing and foot soaks, and other ADLs such as dressing, grooming, nail care, etc.
This in-home team member keeps your house clean, feeling and looking like “home.” They provide housekeeping, meal preparation, and running light errands for you. A one-time RN visit is required.
This is short-term care provided to give relief to caretakers, family members, and/or friends. Respite care is available for all levels of nursing care, including companion care. A one-time RN visit is required.
We offer skilled nursing services performed by Minnesota state licensed LPNs. These team members are also certified in CPR. They handle a variety of tasks including wound care, medication set up, diabetic medication administration and diabetic nail care. A one-time RN visit is required.
A trained home health care team member will come into your home to provide companionship, including conversation, activities, meal prep and light housekeeping, such as dishes and laundry. A one-time RN visit is required for this service.
